Practical tips from our print room
- Hand them over, don't leave them on the counter. Hung in the car, they get used. On a counter, they get ignored.
- Match the scent to your brand. Premium dealerships often prefer the Designer range, busy car washes the bolder Value range.
- Add a reason to call. A service reminder or breakdown number gives the hanger a job.
- Store stock sealed. Keep packets closed in a cool, dry place and use them within 3 to 4 months.
- Be honest about scent life. The fragrance lasts a few days. The branding is what keeps working.
From quote to your forecourt
Typical lead times, counted from payment and artwork approval: as little as 10 working days for 100 units in our precut standard shapes (subject to availability), and 15 working days for 1,000+ units, often faster outside peak season.
Quote and mock up
Tell us your quantity, shape and scent. Send your logo and we create a virtual mock up so you can see exactly how it will look.
Approve and pay
You receive your quote or invoice. Once paid, we send a sign off sheet and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Production
Boards are die cut, your screen is prepared and your fragrance is ordered for your job. We send Job Update Reports as we go.
Tracked delivery
We ship anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy and send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Questions we get asked
What is the minimum order for a dealership?
100 units. Many dealerships start with 300 to 500 and re order once they see how quickly they go.
Which shape works best for a dealership?
The Car and Credit Card shapes are the most popular with dealerships. Tyre centres often choose the round Circle 70mm. All seven standard shapes are free.
How long does the scent last?
Only a few days. The fragrance is strongest when the packet is opened and then fades. The printed hanger usually stays on the mirror much longer, which is where your branding keeps working.
How long will my order take?
As little as 10 working days for 100 units in standard shapes (subject to availability), and 15 working days for 1,000+ units, counted from payment and artwork approval.
Do you deliver to dealerships outside Gauteng?
Yes. We ship anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy and send you a tracking number.
Can you match our brand colours?
We print up to two colours on both sides. White counts as a colour, and we cannot offer a white background because our local board is not bright white.
