1. General Policy

All products manufactured and supplied by Arrero Car Air Fresheners are custom-made and branded per client order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, strict refund and cancellation rules apply.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders require full upfront payment before production begins.
No order will be processed without confirmed payment.
Once payment is received, it confirms acceptance of this policy.

3. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.
If cancellation is approved before production:
- An administration fee may be charged.
No cancellations will be accepted once:
- Design work has been approved, or
- Production has started

4. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

No refunds will be issued for:
- Custom-branded air fresheners
- Car colognes
- Bulk or corporate orders
- Change of mind after order confirmation

Refunds will only be considered if:

The wrong product was supplied, or
The product is proven to be defective upon delivery

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Proof is required (clear photos and description)
If approved, we will:
- Replace the product, or
- Provide a refund at our discretion

We do not offer refunds for minor variations in:

Colour
Scent strength
Design layout (within approved artwork)

6. Production & Lead Times

All products are made to order and require a production period.
Delays caused by:
- Client approval delays
- Incorrect information supplied
- Third-party couriers
  are not grounds for refunds.

7. Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Loss or damage in transit (claims must be logged with the courier)

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.

Any unjustified chargebacks will be formally disputed
All supporting documentation (order confirmations, approvals, communication) will be provided to the payment provider
